Received a contract at a fair price?In order for us to move forward with buying your property, we need a signed contract. Please include an email address so we can send you back the executed contract. We will then forward the contract to the title company or attorney for them to prepare the closing documents.
3.
Close and get paid!Once we receive the title report and after we have done our due diligence, we are all set to close! The title company will send you a closing packet that will need to be notarized and returned. They will also send you money; either an overnighted bank check, wire transfer, or PayPal.

How does selling to us work?
We are licensed professions that will guide you through the process. We only buy property in the State of Florida, so we use a title company or attorney to prepare all the legal documents that are required to transfer ownership. We will never ask you for a deposit or to make disbursements of any kind.
How much will I get paid for my property?
We make fair offers based upon comparable sales of similar properties, the assessed value and other factors including how fast you need to close. We would be happy to discuss the valuation process with you so you can be certain you are getting the best price possible.
How much cash will I receive?
We pay customary closing costs associated with the sale of the property, which include documentary stamps on the deed and the closing agents’ fees. You maybe responsible for the county property taxes, mortgage balances, HOA/CDD, etc. liens, if any.
What type of property does Valurock buy?
We purchase vacant land of all types, mobile homes, single- or multi-family houses, townhouses, and condos. We will look at anything! If the property is rented or vacant, that’s not a problem. If the property is in foreclosure or worth less than the mortgage, we can help you through the process. If there are probate issues, delinquent property taxes, or ownership disputes, we can still buy your property. We need to understand these issues up front. Any documents you have about the property (Survey, HOA/CDD Restrictions, Plat Maps, etc.) helps speed up the buying process
